Friday Afternoon Yoga

for the Practice of Recovery from Disordered Eating

The Friday Afternoon Yoga class is designed for those who are working to have a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Each class will involve active Hatha yoga practice, journaling and discussions, and a relaxation. Each week, a new reading or topic will be introduced that helps to maintain healthy eating and the daily practice of healthy living.

All are invited. The only requirement is that you are interested in improving or maintaining your positive relationship with food and your body.

Cost:           $20.00 per session or $175.00 for an all ten class pass- No refunds or


What to bring: Bring a yoga mat and yoga pillow.  Also, a blanket may be needed for cooler

Bulimia Nervosa is a serious life threatening illness. If you are struggling, commit to getting better now. Go to your therapy group, therapist, friends, support group. Don’t let yourself pretend it won’t hurt you or that another day won’t matter. EACH DAY MATTERS.

We need more money for research.
